Tubes

Roll cages are our stock-in-trade but we use those skills to make any kind of tubular structure. In particular we replace historic race car chassis. These chassis are often distorted, rusty and/or bodged. They have enjoyed 40 to 50 years of competition with shunts, prangs and plain crashes.  They become beyond economic repair.

Sheet metal

Creating 3D objects from flat sheets of metal requires special skills. We use ours to make interior panels and fuel or oil tanks. In fact we can make any other contoured fitting necessary to complete a car.

Carbon fibre

Many of our turnkey new builds now feature carbon fibre components which we make in-house. Typical uses are wheel tubs, interior panels and support structures such as that shown. We also have a variety of seat shells which we can mould in carbon or other composite materials.

CNC fabrication

We have an extensive CAD library of standard brackets and fittings. Many of these are parametrised so we can adapt a standard design to a particular situation. For large volumes such as the standard bolt-in roll cage fittings we send the design out a machine shop for laser or water jet cutting. For small runs or one off pieces we use our in-house CNC plasma cutter.

Kits

We can supply most of the parts we use in the workshop if you wish to do your own work. Typically this will be a set of tubes to your specification but could also include brackets or other fittings. We can also supply pre-formed panels which you can use to build wheel tubs.
For specialised drag racing applications we have our in-house developed front and rear suspension components.
